During class, BMF coaches address the needs of each individual. Regardless of your fitness level or workout experience, you’ll receive hands-on attention to ensure a safe and effective workout.
Our class schedule changes regularly to challenge our bodies and keep our brains from getting bored.
If you need or want a private training experience, our Personal Training Sessions are customized for the individual member and are programmed to meet specific goals.
Sessions can be purchased in a bundled VIP package or a la’ carte.
Our certified nutrition coaches offer personalized nutrition coaching, lifestyle management/coaching, healthy cooking lessons, and even kitchen pantry makeovers.
We help you set specific goals, track your results and tweak your program as needed.
Body composition analysis via Styku 3D Body Scanner and meal planning/timing are among the services we offer.
Throughout the year, our BMF community participates in special challenge events.
During a challenge, our members focus on specific fitness goals for a specific timeframe, all to produce an expected outcome; Weight Loss, Muscle Gain, Attendance, etc.
Challenges may last for 30 days, 6 weeks, 12 weeks, etc, to reach the selected fitness goal.
